Atlas Networks was founded in early 2008 with the vision of providing companies, from startups to enterprises, the back office tools to streamline their organization. In taking the hassle of managing these systems out of the workplace and bringing it under the administration of a team of technology experts in a secured data center, Atlas Networks delivers to businesses an increase in efficiency and a reduction in their overall cost of operations.

Atlas Networks is a subsidiary of Atlas Accelerator, founded in 1996, which specializes in teaming with entrepreneurs and the Northwest venture community. Bringing products and solutions to the market by leveraging experience in building technology companies. As an Atlas company, we believe that there is a proven methodology to starting and building a great business – the key to success being a market and customer centric approach. Atlas Networks embodies these principals in our business model and in the technology services we offer.

 

Our Team

Aaron Robin
Suncadia Network Technician

Aaron brings six years of experience as an Information Systems Technician in the United States Navy. While there he performed administration and maintenance on computer systems onboard naval vessels and land-based sites. Aaron will put his skills to use in Suncadia where he will assist Kyle in home installations, homeowner support, and managing the physical fiber plant. For the first month he will be shadowing Kyle, however, in October Aaron will start working weekends – expanding Atlas’s services and support. Aaron will be providing top quality customer care ensuring that each Suncadia and Tumble Creek resident is connected through phone, internet and TV programming.

Adam Cecchetti Adam Cecchetti
Senior Systems Administrator & Security Engineer

Adam has an extensive background in network and systems security with a BS in Computer Science from Saint Vincent College and a MS in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon. Amongst other career achievements, Adam previously worked as the Security Engineer for Amazon. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, photography, and working on technology projects.

Brittany Hixson
Executive Assistant & Suncadia Project Manager

A graduate of Western Washington University Brittany received her Bachelor’s degree in International Business. She joined the Atlas team in early 2010 as the Executive Assistant and Project Manager for the Suncadia operations. Her role has expanded to include managing the office and bookkeeping. Brittany enjoys doing anything outside (especially if it involves water), live music, and pie.

Bryce HixsonBryce Hixson
Helpdesk Technician

As a helpdesk technician Bryce caters to our client support needs. A self-taught computer technician, Bryce he uses his knowledge outside of the office to work on programming his robot. He also enjoys gaming; Portal and Starcraft are two of his favorite games.

Gene RabichGene Rabich
Account Executive

Gene graduated from UW’s Economics department with a Bachelor’s degree in 2006.  He has worked in operations for a small importing company in Seattle and as a Loan Officer for a consumer financing company in Kent, WA. Gene currently works developing relationships with businesses that will benefit from the customizable servers and server management that Atlas Networks provides. In his free time, he stays active by participating in team sports (basketball) and individual competitions (tennis).

Glenn GodenGlenn Godden
éminence grise

An éminence grise (French for "grey eminence") is a wise advisor or decision-maker who operates behind the scenes or unofficially. Atlas Networks is pleased to have Glenn on our team as a senior technology and business consultant. In the past he managed extensive enterprise infrastructure and technology divisions for well known, top-of-mind companies. In addition to his consulting work Glenn dabbles in the fiber optic installations at Suncadia, playing in the belowground vaults which keeps him fit for his hobbies. In his spare time he enjoys mountain climbing and meteorology.

Joel RenderJoel Render
Account Executive

Joel brings over twenty years of business development experience to the Atlas Networks team. Most recently, he spent six years with Microsoft in various sales and marketing roles contributing to the success of the US subsidiary. Joel has lived in Seattle since 1997 when he moved here from Washington, DC. Originally from upstate New York where he also attended St. Bonaventure University, he truly enjoys the perfect summers and mild winters of the Pacific Northwest even though he’s still finding it difficult to let go of the New York Giants as his favorite football team.

Josh FullertonJosh Fullerton
System Administrator

Josh has a background working for a variety of technology companies and is currently completing his final term in the Associates Degree program in Network Administration at ITT-Technical Institute. As an Account Executive at NetRiver, Josh successfully maintained positive relationships with hundreds of nationwide clients. With that experience he brings to his position at Atlas Networks fantastic customer care and an upbeat attitude; aligning with Atlas’s mission of providing outstanding service to every client. When not managing servers Josh enjoys spending time with his family, dirt biking, and gaming.

Kyle DumasKyle Dumas
Suncadia Network Technician

Kyle joined Atlas Networks in May 2009 as the lead project manager for the Suncadia FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network for Television, Telephone (VoIP), and Internet services. As a local Cle Elum resident and with a diverse background in telecommunications and IT services, Kyle is an invaluable asset to our team.

Lori ColeLori Cole
Controller

Lori Cole is a recent MBA graduate from the University of Washington. She has been working in Accounting for over 5 years and has experience working for the California government, hospitality companies, and the service sector. She is a recent addition to the Atlas team, and looks forward to continuing to work with the great team that has already been established and to learning as much as possible about the industries that she will be working in. In her spare time, Lori is the captain of a co-ed softball team and enjoys playing volleyball, bowling and spending time with her friends.

Nathan EisenbergNathan Eisenberg
Senior Systems Administrator

Nathan has been with Atlas Networks since July 2008. Prior to joining our team, Nathan focused on systems administration for companies ranging from the SOHO sector to the Enterprise domain. Nathan's expertise includes secure systems/network design and maintenance, virtualization, SAN technologies, and technology solution matching. Nathan is also an avid amateur photographer and is responsible for many of the pictures on Atlas Networks’ website and Facebook page.

Neil Ayton

Neil Ayton
Operations

Neil graduated from Dublin’s Trinity College in 2005 with a degree in Economics. He proceeded to found several startups including Tipoff and Vavavouch. Based out of Ireland, Tipoff connected consumers to time sensitive deals via mobile phones. Vavavouch is a Groupon style site for Ireland. Neil brings to Atlas Networks his experience in start-up companies and managing diverse teams. His role in operations is to ensure the highest levels of client care. Neil likes the “fine” things in life. Such as: Gaelic Football; good food and good drink; and travel. Out of all Atlas team members he has been voted most likely to say, “Everything is going to be grand”.

Ryan MaloneyRyan Maloney
CEO & Founder

Ryan founded Atlas Networks in March 2008 in partnership with Atlas Accelerator. Prior to founding Atlas Networks, Ryan served as the CEO of several companies, including 9 years at NetRiver Corporation, a data center company he founded in 1999. His professional background includes business management, technical operations, data center design, network and low voltage systems design, and point of sale systems architecture. Outside of work Ryan spends his time backpacking in the Cascades and fly-fishing in rivers all over the Northwest.

Michael CockrillMichael Cockrill

Michael Cockrill brings 20 years of operational experience to Atlas. Most recently, he co-founded Mixxer, a 60-person company focused on defining the emerging area of mobile social networking, where he served as CTO and VP Product. Michael led the acquisition and integration of two companies in Vancouver and Indianapolis to create a new company and culture in Seattle.

Mike CrillMike Crill

Board of Directors

As a high-tech CFO since 1995, Mike has provided financial stewardship to almost 100 high-tech startups, typically focusing on their initial years of intense growth. He has helped raise over $80MM in angel and venture funding in more than 30 different funding rounds and has managed mergers and acquisitions. Mike founded Atlas Accelerator in 1996.
