The internet enabled smart thermostat allows you to manage your home comfort from anywhere at anytime. Unique features automate energy conservation to help you conserve energy, save money, and reduce your environmental impact. Further, you can remotely 'wake up' the home while in route to Suncadia ensuring you arrive to a warm and comfortable home.
Atlas installers will work with Suncadia Homeowners to replace existing thermostats or assist in the design/integration to new construction homes. The smart thermostat will replace nearly any existing thermostat and integrate with your existing HVAC system.

Installations starting from $575.00 and include:
- Replacement of one existing thermostat with an Ecobee
- Installation of the Ecobee control unit at the furnace
- Installation of the Outdoor Temperature Sensor & Control Board (must be mounted within 25' of control unit). Localizes the outdoor temperature reading to highly fine tune your Ecobee to your home.
- Basic operation training
- Access to the Ecobee web portal, email alerts, and iPhone app
- Up to 15' of new control cable wiring at the furnace; additional wiring is billed at $0.50 per foot which includes labor
Add-on - Water Detection Module
Mounts at baseboard or in crawlspace to detect water.
Installation and module: $149.99 (per module) and includes:
- One water detection module
- Standard installation and connection to Ecobee control unit
- Includes up to 50' of wiring from the control unit; additional wiring is billed at $0.50 per foot which includes labor
- Additional modules can be daisy chained to increase detection area
Add-on - Water Flow Detection
Connects the Ecobee to an existing water flow dry contact sensor on your sprinkler system and will notify in the event of water flow.
Installation: $99.99 for most homes and includes:
- Installation of an existing water flow sensors with dry contact inputs
- Installation of up to 50' of wiring from control unit; additional wiring is billed at $0.50 per foot which includes labor
